Six categories. One visit.
Total clarity.

Most homeowners hire 3โ€“4 separate companies to get the full picture. We do it all in a single 3-hour inspection with professional-grade equipment and certified lab analysis.

Indoor Air Quality

VOCs, formaldehyde, particulate matter (PM2.5/PM10), carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide levels measured room by room.

Radon Gas

Continuous radon monitoring with hourly readings. Radon is the #1 cause of lung cancer among non-smokers โ€” and North Carolina has high-risk zones.

Water Quality

Lab-tested for lead, PFAS (forever chemicals), bacteria, nitrates, heavy metals, and more. Municipal and well water both covered.

Mold & Moisture

Airborne spore sampling, thermal imaging to find hidden moisture, pin + scan moisture mapping, and surface mold identification.

EMF & RF Radiation

Magnetic and electric field measurements, RF from WiFi/cell/smart meters, dirty electricity analysis, and body voltage testing.

Lead & Asbestos

Non-destructive screening for lead paint and suspect asbestos-containing materials. Critical for pre-1980 homes.

Simple, thorough, transparent.

From booking to your final report, here's exactly what to expect.

Book & Prep

Schedule online or by phone. We'll ask a few questions about your home โ€” age, size, and any specific concerns โ€” so we arrive prepared with the right equipment and sample kits.

The Inspection

A 3โ€“4 hour on-site visit. We move room by room with professional-grade meters, sampling pumps, thermal imaging, and collection kits. You're welcome to follow along โ€” we explain everything as we go.

Everything you need to know.
How long does the inspection take?
Most inspections take 3โ€“4 hours depending on the size of your home and the package you choose. We're thorough โ€” this isn't a quick walk-through.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
We recommend it, but it's not required. Many homeowners enjoy following along as we explain what we're finding in real time. It's educational and reassuring.
When do I get my results?
On-site meter readings are shared the same day. Lab results (mold species, water analysis, etc.) take 3โ€“5 business days. Your full branded report is delivered within 5โ€“7 business days.
What if you find something concerning?
Your report includes clear risk ratings (low/moderate/high) and specific remediation recommendations. We can also connect you with trusted local remediation professionals if needed.
Is this the same as a home inspection?
No. A standard home inspection looks at structure, plumbing, and electrical systems. We focus exclusively on the invisible environmental factors โ€” what's in your air, water, and living space that a home inspector doesn't test for.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners across North Carolina, including the Triangle, Charlotte, Triad, Wilmington, Asheville, and surrounding areas. Contact us for availability in your area.
